how are you?

Next time you go to school (or college, university, whatever), and you’re sure that you’re the only person feeling the things you do, think about this: 1 in 6 people suffer from anxiety. (see http://www.anxietyuk.org.uk) That’s, on average, 5 people in your class. Five very real human beings who understand completely what you’re going through. Amy and I are two of those five people. We’ve both been through anxiety and in talking to each other about our experiences, have helped each other massively, and we want to help you, too.
Our aim in this blog is not only to create a really positive atmosphere which reminds all of you that recovery is possible, but we also want to show how common anxiety really is. In order to do this we need you to share your story. The more people that share, the less alone everyone feels.
